Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• Capital on Tap is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Customer Experience (CX) Team, which focuses on building elegant and accessible mobile and web platforms for small business owners.
• The role involves modernizing existing systems to scale with an increasing customer base and building robust solutions using .Net, React.js, and Flutter technologies.
• Responsibilities include owning the software development life cycle (SDLC) from coding to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• The engineer will collaborate with Product Managers, QA’s, and fellow Software Engineers to ensure effective teamwork.
• The position requires building unit and integration tests to maintain software quality and troubleshooting bugs as they arise.
• The engineer will also act as a bridge between technical language and business goals to ensure alignment across teams.
• The tech stack includes C#, .Net, .Net Core for backend, React and JavaScript for frontend, Flutter and Dart for mobile, SQL Server and MongoDB for databases, and Azure & GCP for cloud services.
• This is a B2B contract position that allows for remote work from Poland.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, and SQL Server.
• A strong understanding of good testing practices, including both unit and integration testing, is required.
• Applicants should possess a good understanding of database technologies.
• Experience with Agile development practices is necessary.
• A passion for learning new skills and technologies, particularly in mobile development, is essential.
• The ideal candidate should be a proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player.
