Description:
Yardzen is seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to enhance their online landscape design and build platform.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack features to increase purchase conversion rates, including A/B testing and personalization.
The engineer will collaborate on the evolution of the platform's architecture to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.
Responsibilities include working with Marketing and Product teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and implement user-centric solutions.
The engineer will partner with Marketing to implement analytics and tracking for performance metrics and user behaviors.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code is essential.
Participation in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases is expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with the major aspects of the tech stack, including React/Next/Nest.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer is required.
Comfort in working within an agile development environment is necessary.
Experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is preferred.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data-driven development processes is required.
Experience with payment processing systems, such as Stripe, is necessary.
A passion for writing code and seeing successful solutions is essential.
Candidates should have a deep understanding of iterative software development and a proven track record of implementing impactful features.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities are required.
