Description:

Symmetry Systems is seeking a talented and enthusiastic summer intern for the position of Full Stack Software Engineer.
This internship is remote and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of data and AI security.
Interns will assist in developing and testing new features for the security platform.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams on data analysis and visualization projects.
Interns will participate in research initiatives related to emerging threats and security trends.
They will support documentation efforts for both internal and external use.
Interns will contribute to software development tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development is required.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are necessary.
Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Python is essential.
Experience with version control systems like Gitlab is required.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for this position.

The internship will last for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
