Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• The Full Stack Software Engineer position at Pathstream involves building highly scalable solutions to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
• Responsibilities include developing new features and infrastructure to meet evolving business and B2B product needs, ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintaining high code quality standards.
• The role also involves collaborating with product management and design teams to define feature requirements and enhance customer experience.
• Additionally, the position requires participation in code reviews and pairing sessions to support the professional development of the Engineering team.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of full stack engineering experience in a Series B or similar high-growth B2B organization.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations, make data-driven decisions to achieve business metrics, and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in a majority of the tech stack, including Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript, Docker, PostgresSQL, and AWS.
