Description:
The Full Stack Software Engineer position at Pathstream involves building highly scalable solutions to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities include developing new features and infrastructure to meet evolving business and B2B product needs, ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintaining high code quality standards.
The role also involves collaborating with product management and design teams to define feature requirements and enhance customer experience.
Additionally, the position requires participation in code reviews and pairing sessions to support the professional development of the Engineering team.
Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 3 years of full stack engineering experience in a Series B or similar high-growth B2B organization.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations, make data-driven decisions to achieve business metrics, and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in a majority of the tech stack, including Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript, Docker, PostgresSQL, and AWS.
