Description:

  • The Full Stack Software Engineer position at Gravitee involves working on the leading open-source API platform to build, manage, and monitor APIs for worldwide developers and business users.
  • The role requires collaborating with the support team to enhance customer experience with Gravitee's products.
  • Responsibilities include developing new features, integrating APIs and front-end interfaces, participating in Tech Sprints, and sharing knowledge during internal TechTalk sessions.
  • The position involves investigating and resolving support tickets, prioritizing issues for customers in multiple countries and time zones, and creating knowledge articles for documentation.
  • The role also includes innovating to improve processes and tools for both the team and customers.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in application development.
  • Proficiency in Java for backend applications and experience in building UI apps using TypeScript with Angular or similar modern web frameworks is required.
  • Strong understanding of writing automated tests to prevent regression bugs.
  • Curiosity and interest in all aspects of a project like CI, dependency management, and vulnerability management.
  • Must possess patience, resilience, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate solutions to stakeholders.
