Description:

The Full Stack Software Engineer position at Gravitee involves working on the leading open-source API platform to build, manage, and monitor APIs for worldwide developers and business users.
The role requires collaborating with the support team to enhance customer experience with Gravitee's products.
Responsibilities include developing new features, integrating APIs and front-end interfaces, participating in Tech Sprints, and sharing knowledge during internal TechTalk sessions.
The position involves investigating and resolving support tickets, prioritizing issues for customers in multiple countries and time zones, and creating knowledge articles for documentation.
The role also includes innovating to improve processes and tools for both the team and customers.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in application development.
Proficiency in Java for backend applications and experience in building UI apps using TypeScript with Angular or similar modern web frameworks is required.
Strong understanding of writing automated tests to prevent regression bugs.
Curiosity and interest in all aspects of a project like CI, dependency management, and vulnerability management.
Must possess patience, resilience, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate solutions to stakeholders.
