Fincons Group is looking for a talented front-end engineer with full-stack experience to join their team.
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position.
While the role is based in California, it is open to candidates across the United States who are willing to work in Pacific Time (PST).
The role requires strong expertise in React with Redux, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Candidates should have experience working on large applications with complex state management.
Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing front-end applications using React, Redux (or Redux-Toolkit), and related state management libraries.
The engineer will collaborate with backend engineers to build and maintain APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
Ensuring seamless data flow and performance in applications handling large, complex state is essential.
The role involves working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create scalable, high-performance applications.
Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with React, Redux (or Redux-Toolkit), and state management best practices.
A solid understanding of Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful API development is required.
Proven experience working on large-scale applications with complex UI interactions and state management is necessary.
Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, and GraphQL is a plus.
Experience with performance optimization and debugging complex applications is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment are required.
