Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• Blend is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their diverse team focused on making financial resources more accessible through their cloud banking platform.
• The Borrower Lender team is responsible for enhancing the user experience for both Borrowers and Loan Officers by simplifying application processes and automating manual tasks in the mortgage process.
• As a Full Stack Engineer at Blend, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications to meet customer needs.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing new features, designing scalable applications, ensuring responsive user interfaces, troubleshooting software issues, participating in code reviews, and proposing new ideas for feature development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience in building high-quality production software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in back-end development using languages like Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
