Description:

The Full Stack Software Engineer will be part of the Marketing team, which serves as the technical engine for Tractian, translating advanced industrial solutions into clear benefits for customers.
The role involves building, optimizing, and scaling Tractian’s digital platforms and web properties.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining front-end solutions using React/NextJS and Tailwind CSS, as well as back-end solutions with Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Prisma ORM.
The engineer will develop and optimize marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless integrations between web properties, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
The position requires automating marketing and web workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
The engineer will also focus on optimizing SEO, performance, and conversion rates across web properties, ensuring website security and implementing analytics and A/B testing for data-driven decisions.
Collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams is essential to align web initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in web development, with hands-on experience in Typescript, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong knowledge of React/NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design is essential.
A solid understanding of web security, authentication, and best development practices is required.
Expertise in web performance optimization, automation, and scaling digital experiences is necessary.
Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and fostering an engineering-first culture is preferred.
Candidates should have expertise in lead scoring models, behavioral tracking, and predictive analytics to enhance demand generation efforts.
