Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• Design, code, test, and debug complex software to meet customer requirements for the LatAm and Mexican markets.
• Collaborate with the CTO and Engineering team to develop software solutions.
• Work on new projects and existing systems to create reliable and scalable software.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Maintain and enhance the performance of existing software.
• Follow agile methodologies for planning and tracking work.
• Regularly update the team and management on project statuses.
• Adhere to the software development life cycle.
• Be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Work during LatAm/Mexico hours and maintain communication with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Typescript, or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI and GCP is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.

• Base Salary: $3,000 - $12,000 USD per month, based on experience.
