Description:
PerformYard is a growing software (SaaS) company looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team.
The role involves designing and building high-value features for users who rely on the products to execute their jobs.
The position is 100% remote and aims to change the way performance is managed and measured in organizations.
Responsibilities include participating in the full application development lifecycle, writing clean and efficient code, and owning the development of features.
The engineer will build new features using technologies such as React, Javascript, Python, MongoDB, and Docker.
Collaboration with the development team, corporate leadership, product management, and QA is essential to deliver innovative features.
The engineer will also contribute to API development and maintain API-based connections with related systems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of development experience with React, Redux, Python, TypeScript, Node, and/or JavaScript.
Practical knowledge and experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases are necessary.
Experience with Docker and other Javascript frameworks is a bonus.
Candidates should have experience building integrations using web services and maintaining an API.
Familiarity with the AWS stack is also required.
Bonus points for experience in developing, documenting, and versioning public REST APIs, Node.js, GraphQL, and additional Javascript frameworks.
