The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team and help build the Law Enforcement Response portal.
The role involves working closely with the Director of Product to design, develop, and enhance features for the portal.
The engineer will lead projects to optimize system performance, including database usage, encryption middleware, and front-end responsiveness.
Participation in an on-call rotation is required, addressing support requests, monitoring metrics, and responding to incidents to ensure reliability.
The engineer will also review code and contribute to improving engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of full-stack web development experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, and React, or similar technologies is required, with the ability to start contributing immediately after a two-week on-ramp period.
A solid understanding of web application lifecycles and the ability to dive into database and system optimizations is necessary.
Proven experience working in fast-paced environments is essential.
Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States, as the company does not sponsor visas.
