Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

• Rockpoint Legal Funding is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their remote engineering team.
• The company is a reputable legal funding provider on the West Coast, focused on assisting plaintiffs and their families during legal proceedings.
• The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical software solutions, including the CRM platform.
• The role involves working with a modern tech stack, including React, Python, Node, NoSQL, and MySQL, while utilizing AWS for scalable infrastructure.
• The engineer will collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage integrations, and provide advanced support for developed systems.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in React, Python, Node, NoSQL, and MySQL is essential.
• Experience with AWS and deploying infrastructure as code is necessary.
• A strong understanding of software design principles, systems integration, and automation is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and purpose-built software development is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide advanced support are crucial.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are necessary.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and frameworks is beneficial.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional frontend or backend frameworks is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong analytical and organizational skills, and immaculate attention to detail are required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (C1/C2) is preferred.
