• Daily responsibilities include developing build-outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours, creating landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours, and delivering updates in a timely manner.
• Daily updates must be reported through the ticketing system, and attendance at morning meetings is required.
• Monthly tasks involve creating custom development training and having check-in calls with the Project Manager.
• Quarterly responsibilities include taking internal training courses and attending all quarterly meetings.
• Performance evaluations are conducted per semester, along with opportunities for personal development through reading or courses.
• The position requires meeting deadlines and being open to constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Web Development is required.
• Advanced skills in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript are essential.
• Intermediate knowledge of MySQL is necessary, while experience with Shopify and WooCommerce is desirable.
• Fluent English is required, with a preference for candidates with CEFR C1, IELTS 7-8, or TOEFL iBT 94-114 scores.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or Web Development is not essential but preferred.
• Candidates must have a stable broadband internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• A high-quality noise-canceling headset and HD web camera are required for the position.
• Soft skills such as teamwork, flexibility, honesty, customer service, communication, time management, problem-solving, creativity, and handling criticism are important.
