Description:
Onaroll is a rapidly growing Series A company based in New York City that has developed an employee rewards app to incentivize productivity and longevity among shift workers in various industries.
The Full Stack Software Engineer II will be responsible for developing two interfaces within the app. The first interface is for Operators to manage rosters, distribute bonus points, configure goals, and more. The second interface is for team members to redeem awards, view daily goals, and access custom content related to their workplace.
The role involves API development using Node.JS and GraphQL, expanding the UI component library, and implementing role-based access controls to meet enterprise customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in web application development with React using TypeScript, proficiency in Python, GraphQL, and NodeJs using TypeScript, and a track record of collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
The tech stack includes Python, Node JS (TypeScript), GraphQL, Redis, Postgres for the backend, and React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
Requirements:
1-3+ years of experience developing web applications with React using TypeScript, proficiency in Python, GraphQL, and NodeJs using TypeScript.
Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality products and features.
Ability to contribute to project breakdown and prioritize tasks effectively.
