Description:

Serve Robotics is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer for Internal Services to help scale the company and its robotic fleet.
The role involves building internal tools, both CLI and web-based, to automate and streamline the daily work of Software Engineers, QA specialists, and Operations.
Responsibilities include building, testing, and maintaining internal web services, partnering with Software teams and QA to optimize workflows, and contributing to software team processes.
The engineer will be the main technical driver for specific internal products and will own the long-term maintenance and support for their solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of web service development experience, including both frontend and backend development.
Experience with Python, Elixir, and Typescript is preferred, as these are the primary languages used for web development.
Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and experience in shipping products with fast iterations is required, with a bonus for those who have built such processes.
A strong desire to improve development workflows for oneself and others is essential, along with experience in doing so.
