Remote Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/React/AWS)

Description:

• Engineer Up partners with enterprise companies to deliver customized IT consulting services driving innovation and efficiency.
• Our client, a leading enterprise in the quick-service restaurant industry, is looking for a Mid to Senior Fullstack Software Engineer.
• This position is fully remote.
• You will manage 3-5 applications supporting the internal HR department, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring, React, Python, and AWS services.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.
• You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for existing applications.

Requirements:

• You must have 4+ years of experience as a fullstack software engineer.
• You must be proficient in Java, Spring, React, AWS, and Python.
• You should have experience with application lifecycle management and supporting enterprise-grade systems.
• You must have a strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• You should possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• You must have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working at an elite consulting firm is preferred.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Experience with internal HR systems or related applications is preferred.
