Description:
PolyAI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Serbia to work remotely on automating customer service through voice. The role involves developing a no-code platform to enable non-technical staff to configure dialogue systems and create new voice experiences. You will contribute to the implementation of a multi-tenant infrastructure and collaborate with a diverse engineering team to enhance the codebase. Responsibilities include writing code, tests, and participating in design discussions. The position also entails working with backend developers to implement new features on the Jupiter platform.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Git is expected, along with proficiency in verbal and written English. Candidates should have experience with React (Next.js is a plus) and be skilled in JavaScript, preferably Typescript. Knowledge of Python and familiarity with Go are advantageous. Proficiency in CSS in JS, particularly using styled-components, is required. Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure, testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, and Agile processes like scrum and kanban is necessary. A passion for learning, interest in low-code platforms, and a love for technical challenges are essential for this role.
