Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in Full Stack Development, being comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies, with proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, Postgres, and AWS.
A startup background is required, with proven success in early-stage or growth-stage startups (under 200 employees), including rapid promotions or significant project leadership experience.
Candidates should have API expertise, with experience building against third-party APIs and integrating them into new or existing systems.
A strong technical foundation is necessary, including a degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (e.g., Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, Waterloo).
A proven builder is essential, demonstrating the ability to create and launch products from scratch, both on the front end and back end.
