Remote Full Stack Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

• The Full Stack Software Engineer will work on both front and back end technologies to develop new features.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Highly experienced with Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and version control software is required.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Sidekiq, Minitest, PostgreSQL / relational databases, and Python are considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with SMTP and mail security standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, etc.) are also beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills are necessary.
• Ability to build, test, and deploy software changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

Benefits:

• The salary range for the position is $3000-$5000 USD + 13th salary.
• Working hours are flexible, but availability during regular business hours for meetings is required.
