Remote Full Stack Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

• The Full Stack Software Engineer will work on both front and back end technologies to develop new features.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• High level of expertise in Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript is required.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and version control software is necessary.
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Sidekiq, Minitest, PostgreSQL / relational databases, and Python are advantageous.
• Knowledge of SMTP and mail security standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to build, test, and deploy software changes in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

Benefits:

• The salary range for the position is $3000-$5000 USD plus a 13th salary.
