• We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and self-starting Full Stack TypeScript Developer to lead the development and evolution of our core product.
• As the principal developer in a small, dynamic, and collaborative environment, your ideas and contributions will directly impact the success of our company.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality TypeScript code for both front-end and back-end components of our product.
• You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, independently researching and implementing solutions to fulfill the joint product vision.
• Participation in architectural discussions and contributing to the overall technical direction of the product is expected.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards is essential.
• You will proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on TypeScript is required.
• You must be able to make recommendations and justify them to senior leadership.
• The ability to create succinct packages to defend your approach and thought process in solving specific problems or development challenges is necessary.
• A strong passion for clean and visually appealing front-end UX and design is essential.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-ready web applications using the React Framework is required.
• A solid understanding of back-end technologies, including Node.js and Express.js, is necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack, are required.
• Bonus points for including projects that showcase your ability to build and deploy complex applications, contributions to open-source projects, and providing a portfolio or active GitHub profile demonstrating your proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), is a plus.

Benefits:

• We offer competitive benefits and a salary range of $135,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of our work with the US government and security agencies; all applicants must be US citizens living and residing in the US.
