Requirements:

• Candidates must have graduated from a university, with preference for graduates from highly competitive institutions or those with comparable achievements.

• Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, delivering results under tight deadlines.
• A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, databases, and software design is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through academic or personal projects, past startups, hackathons, competitive programming, or professional experience is essential.
• Proven development experience includes prior experience building full-scale web applications and expertise in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Strong proficiency in vanilla PHP and MySQL, as well as comfort with Ubuntu CLI, server setups, and AWS is required.
• Experience building backend systems with Python server frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Flask is necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with websockets and in environments where both Python and JavaScript may be used for backend services.
• Expertise in AI development includes mastery of Python and AI libraries like LangChain, Phidata, CrewAI, and familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT models, Anthropic models).
• Extensive experience working with APIs and external integrations is required, with experience in Composio being a strong plus.
• Preferred skills include familiarity with Cursor AI or similar tools, experience in a remote-first setting, excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong critical thinking and creativity, and proficiency with Node JS.
