• Responsibilities include developing client websites and applications, improving Splashdot's core platform, designing client-facing interfaces, addressing performance and functional issues, conducting code reviews and testing, researching new technologies, and collaborating with technical staff.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is a pragmatic problem-solver who can analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions, dedicated, self-motivated, flexible, quality-oriented, and a passionate advocate.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in C# / ASP.NET web development, SQL Server/T-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, web application security best practices, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Should be comfortable working directly with SQL and not solely reliant on Entity Framework or ORMs.
• Must excel at working with multi-disciplinary teams and individuals with varying technical backgrounds.
