Description:
Cigo Tracker, a technology company in Montreal, QC, specializing in last-mile logistics, is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer (PHP/React) for a remote position.
The role involves contributing to new developments, maintenance tasks, and projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include developing new microservices with scalability in mind, participating in the engineering of new features, and using innovative technologies to solve complex problems in SaaS and high availability systems.

Requirements:
Specialized higher education in Software Engineering or Computer Science or significant experience in Software Development.
Proficiency in PHP 7+ with solid foundations in OOP, experience with REST API responses in JSON, and working with NoSQL data storage.
Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks like Laravel, Yii, or Symfony, and RESTful API development.
Strong experience with React, knowledge of JavaScript, and familiarity with TypeScript.
Understanding of relational (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB) and Git version control best practices.
Experience with unit testing in a CI/CD environment, excellent analytical and written communication skills, and the ability to learn multiple interconnected systems quickly.
Knowledge of Azure services, AWS SDKs and APIs, Docker, Angular, and familiarity with the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence) is an asset.
