Remote Full Stack Web Engineer

Description:

• The Full Stack Web Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites and web applications for multiple business units and geographies.
• They will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other business functions to develop web content, applications, and sites that meet business needs.
• The Engineer will maintain content management systems (CMS), frameworks, and templates to ensure adherence to brand standards and superior customer experience.
• Collaboration with other solutions engineering teams to develop applications, API, and enable content and workflows from/to websites and cloud services.
• Host, administer, monitor, and scale websites and domains in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure team.
• Migrate content from legacy technology stack to cloud-based services and apply maintenance updates to the technology stack.
• Evaluate and implement additional tools and services to enable business functions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, full stack development, and administration of websites and applications.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, HTML/CSS, XML, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS/headless CMS such as Contentful, Strapi, or similar.
• Familiarity with deployment and administration of websites on Netlify and site reliability engineering (New Relic).
• Knowledge of integrating websites with API from ERP and CRM services like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in e-commerce functions on websites using Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Ability to work with databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Contentful or equivalent CMS, full stack websites, and web application development, cloud website hosting, and administration.
