• Wisevu™ is seeking a Full-Stack WordPress Developer to build and maintain high-performance, secure, and user-friendly WordPress websites for clients.
• The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to understand their needs and create effective solutions.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins using best practices.
• The developer will optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across all devices.
• Writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable code is essential.
• The role requires collaboration with designers to convert designs into responsive web pages.
• The developer will implement APIs and integrate third-party solutions.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise with client websites is a key responsibility.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and security best practices is expected.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack WordPress Developer.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development, is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is required.
• Experience with version control systems like Git is necessary.
• A good understanding of SEO best practices as it pertains to web development is important.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• The ability to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9am-5pm EST workday (Monday - Friday) is necessary.
• A Flex Day per week to work at your own schedule is offered.
