Description:

We are seeking a Data Fullstack Engineer to join our Data Engineering team at Filigran.
The role involves designing, building, and scaling AI-driven features to address real-world security problems.
You will work in a fully remote, high-trust environment, collaborating closely with the VP of Data Engineering and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include designing and prototyping ML models and AI features, translating concepts into PoCs and MVPs, maintaining AI/ML pipelines, and ensuring smooth integration into open-source platforms.
You will conduct technical watch, apply state-of-the-art practices, contribute to the growth of the enterprise data platform, and ensure code quality through reviews and collaboration.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in training and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with its full-stack usage, including packaging, logging, FastAPI, and Flask, is required.
Strong autonomy is necessary; candidates should be able to take a scoped project and drive it independently.
A solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including versioning, code reviews, and pair programming, is essential.
A product-oriented mindset is important, with a focus on UX, data value, and user outcomes.
Bonus qualifications include experience working remotely, an appetite for technical leadership or mentoring, familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs).
