• The company is seeking a Fullstack Developer (Node.js/Next.js/DynamoDB) to join their remote Engineering Team in Europe. The position offers a salary range of $60k - $80K USD/year and flexible working hours from 9am to 5pm CET. The company specializes in creating top-performing video ads using AI actors and aims to empower performance marketers with their self-serve platform. The role involves leading and executing technical projects, collaborating with product and design teams, managing API integrations, developing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring back-end scalability and security.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience as a Fullstack developer, with at least 3 years working in a startup environment. Proficiency in TypeScript (Next.js React) for front-end, Serverless Node.js architectures (TypeScript and AWS Lambdas) for back-end, and DynamoDB for database management is required. Additionally, candidates should possess a deep understanding of product vision, user journey, and persona, demonstrate self-directed leadership skills, have experience with cloud solutions (especially AWS services), and prioritize user experience in all projects.
