Remote Fullstack Developer

• This position is open to candidates from LATAM working remotely.
• The main activities include developing and maintaining full-stack solutions to complex problems, collaborating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software, staying up to date with new technologies, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability of the software, and communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience working in Unix-based environments, specifically Linux.
• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem for application development is required.
• Knowledge of integration, performance, and unit testing practices is necessary.
• Experience with DevOps workflows and version control using Git is essential.
• Hands-on experience using Docker for containerization is required.
• Exposure to Elasticsearch is a nice to have, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Candidates should be deep thinkers and highly rational, able to balance risks versus speed of delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are required, as candidates will work with equally highly qualified people.
• A track record of being highly productive and delivering projects on time is necessary.
• Candidates must have advanced English proficiency.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
