Remote Fullstack Developer

Description:

• 10Pearls is an award-winning digital development company focused on product design, development, and technology acceleration.
• The position is fully remote and available only in Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.
• The role involves full stack design and development of core components and modules of a healthcare platform.
• Responsibilities include working closely with senior stakeholders and Product Management to translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team.
• The candidate will review pull requests (PRs) from team members and provide quality feedback.
• The role includes contributing to and leading product feature-level initiatives on an architectural and technical planning basis.
• Participation as a senior member of an Agile Pod is required, including reviewing, estimating, and completing work in a timely manner while mentoring other developers.
• The candidate will help improve and innovate the dev ops environments and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding and improving cloud resources and deployments in AWS using best practices is essential.
• The role involves identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and optimizations into business processes through automation and technology.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a professional software developer with proven success is required.
• At least 6 years of experience with Node.JS is necessary.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with Postgres.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with React is required.
• Experience with AWS resources and CI/CD practices is essential; AWS certificates are a plus.
• The candidate should be comfortable with Linux concepts and shell.
• Experience with modern development environments using containers (docker) and CI processes, deploying to Kubernetes or ECS is required.
• Experience with micro-services and common enterprise architecture patterns is a plus.
• A C1/C2 English level is required.
