You will drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud solutions.
You will mentor and support junior developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and technical excellence.
You will automate and optimize systems to deliver faster, more efficient solutions to both users and internal teams.

Requirements:

Several years of experience in fullstack development, with deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
Proven ability to lead complex projects, from conception through to deployment, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
A strategic thinker who can align technical solutions with broader business goals, helping the team make high-impact decisions is preferred.
Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide junior engineers and contribute to a thriving team culture are preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or with AI-driven products is a big plus.
