We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in mobile application development to join our core product team.
This is a hands-on role that combines mobile and backend engineering, focusing on building immersive, high-performance tools for elite athletes and coaches globally.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating real-world products at scale.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining backend services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, as well as designing and managing RESTful APIs for high-performance mobile applications.
The role also involves deploying, scaling, and operating backend infrastructure on AWS, developing and maintaining React Native applications for both iOS and Android, and integrating advanced mobile features like video playback and recording.
The developer will bridge React Native with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) modules as needed and collaborate closely with AI, product, and design teams to deliver smooth and intuitive user experiences.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with Node.js and Express.
A minimum of 3 years working with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning, is required.
Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) is essential.
Proven ability to build high-performance, scalable systems is necessary.
Experience designing and maintaining secure and reliable REST APIs is required.
Candidates should have 5+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin and 5+ years of mobile app development experience using React Native.
Experience integrating native modules in React Native is necessary.
A minimum of 3 years implementing video playback and recording features is required.
Candidates should also have 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
Experience with AR/VR technologies (ARKit, ARCore, RealityKit, ViroCore) is a plus.
Bonus points for hands-on experience with C++ for performance-critical components, a background in sports tech, fitness, or live video applications, and experience with real-time data systems or streaming infrastructure.
