• The Tech team at Staycation is expanding and looking for a new Fullstack Developer to join the team.

• The Tech & Product department is central to developing the features of the future Staycation in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the founders.
• As a Developer, you will be involved in designing and developing solutions for complex problems on four platforms: the website, mobile app, back office, and extranet, all developed using React.
• Quality is a top priority at Staycation, with code always reviewed by another team member and unit tests developed for each increment.
• You will work closely with product teams to address business issues and provide insights and solutions.
• The technical stack includes Scala, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, React Native, Heroku, and Docker.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend and frontend development (React or React Native).
• Experience with Scala or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Good problem-solving skills, realistic, and alert to difficulties.
• High standards for quality while being able to make necessary compromises.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, SASS, NextJs, and Storybook is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgresql.
• Previous experience in implementing a design system.
• Cloud skills (Heroku, AWS, GCP, etc.).
