Remote Fullstack Developer (Python/Shopify)

Description:

• Oowlish is seeking a Fullstack Developer with expertise in Python and Shopify to join their team in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil.
• The position is remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
• The developer will work with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to innovative digital solutions.
• Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing Shopify API integrations (REST & GraphQL), implementing the Shopify Billing API, utilizing Shopify Webhooks for real-time event processing, and building scalable REST/GraphQL APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• The role also involves managing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), working with third-party Shopify integrations, leveraging AI-driven development tools, implementing AI-powered solutions using Langchain and LlamaIndex, and deploying applications on AWS infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Python development.
• Proven experience with Shopify APIs, including Admin API, Billing API, and Webhooks, is required.
• A strong background in building and consuming REST & GraphQL APIs is essential.
• Experience with backend development using Django, Flask, or FastAPI is necessary.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB is required.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding efficiency, such as GitHub Copilot, Codium, and Continue, is a must.
• A passion for AI and automation in software development is expected.
• Familiarity with AWS services for deployment and cloud computing is required.
