Description:
Workana is seeking a Semi-Senior Fullstack Developer to join a logistics company focused on small sellers in the U.S.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new features and fixing bugs, requiring a good level of autonomy.
The developer will join a team that already includes a satisfied Senior Developer, providing a positive environment and learning opportunities.
Main responsibilities include the development of new features and bug resolution, implementation of unit tests in both Back-end and Front-end, participation in a weekly on-call rotation, and presenting and arguing technical solutions in English when necessary.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Fullstack development is required.
Advanced experience with Go and the Gin Framework for Back-end development is mandatory.
Solid experience with React.js and Next.js for Front-end development is essential.
Strong experience in Unit Testing for both Back-end and Front-end is required.
The candidate must demonstrate a good level of autonomy in development and technical decision-making.
Conversational English at a minimum B2 level is necessary, as the candidate must be able to present and argue technical solutions.
Only professionals from Argentina will be considered for this position.
Team members must be available one week per month for on-call duty, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., responding only to critical incidents on weekends.
Benefits:
The position is remote and offers a full-time schedule.
The salary can go up to 4500 USD per month.
The contract is annual, with the possibility of renewal based on performance, and is directly with the client.
The selection process includes a series of interviews, starting with an asynchronous video interview with Workana, followed by a brief call with the Account Manager, a technical cultural interview with the client's CTO, a technical interview with the final client, and a cultural interview with the final client.
