We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Ruby on Rails (preferably) and/or Node.js for the backend, as well as in React.js for the frontend.
We seek someone passionate about technology, with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js in the backend, and React.js in the frontend.
The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing microservices to ensure a modular and efficient architecture.
The candidate will integrate solutions with ERP (SAP) and other external systems.
Working with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis to optimize data storage and retrieval is required.
The position includes deploying and managing applications in AWS, utilizing services like SNS and SQS.
Ensuring scalability and security in multitenant environments is essential.
Participation in code reviews, ensuring good development practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the team is expected.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fullstack development with Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js for backend is required.
Proficiency in React.js for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces is necessary.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis is essential.
Experience in microservices architecture and scalable development is required.
Experience with AWS (especially with SNS and SQS) is necessary.
The ability to work with multitenant environments is required.
Experience in integrations with ERP (SAP) is essential.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Soft Skills: The candidate must have the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptability and flexibility to work in an agile development environment, and a results-oriented and proactive approach to proposing innovative solutions.
Desirable: Experience in SaaS and cloud applications, as well as knowledge in DevOps and experience in CI/CD.

The position is 100% remote from any country in Latin America.
