We are looking for a creative Fullstack/Back End Engineer to join our team as a key member.
You will take ownership and drive key initiatives, helping define the architecture and building out the user experience that will set our product up for success.
The role involves working across the stack, with an emphasis on integration excellence.
We are a remote-first company with employees in Canada, California, and Brazil, with a preference for PST and AST time zones.
Responsibilities include independently turning requirements for new integrations into plans, code, and product features.
You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate business needs into the technical roadmap.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices is essential.
You will influence the overall architecture and design of the product.
Contributing to building a kind and winning company culture is also part of the role.

Requirements:

A strong background in Typescript is required.
A strong background in React is also necessary.
Solid skills in front-end technologies, specifically NextJS and Typescript, are essential.
Candidates should have 3+ years of development experience with a proven track record of successful projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
An eye for design is also important.

We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range between $140,000 and $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The position includes healthcare benefits.
Additionally, there is an equity offering of up to 0.75% for team members.
