Description:

The Fullstack Engineer position at MANSCAPED® involves designing, building, and optimizing headless eCommerce websites using Shopify's API and modern front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, Hydrogen, or Gatsby for enhanced user experiences.
Responsibilities also include implementing custom Shopify API integrations, third-party services, and plugins to extend eCommerce platform functionality, collaborating with management and fellow developers to translate end-user requirements into development tasks, and architecting comprehensive solutions for platform features.
The role requires monitoring and improving website performance, handling debugging and issue resolution, ensuring scalability and security of headless Shopify applications, writing efficient and maintainable code across the full stack, testing, deploying, and monitoring platform features, troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and continuously improving the existing platform, and developing technical documentation for future projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
Expertise in MongoDB, JavaScript (ES6), NodeJS, Typescript, and a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Cloud experience, with GCP preferred.
Experience with both client-side and server-side development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps, continuous integration, deployment strategies, observability, and monitoring.
Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks like Gatsby and NestJs.
At least 2+ years of experience in the Marketing/E-Commerce industry.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset, capable of working across the entire technology stack.
