Description:

DeepLearning.AI is seeking a Fullstack Developer to build a prototype for a new product focused on college admissions.
The position is remote and open to candidates based in the United States, with a preference for those within 3 time zones of California (PDT / GMT -7).
The ideal candidate should be a creative self-starter who can work both collaboratively and independently.
Responsibilities include building the front-end of applications, developing and managing databases, testing software for responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting and upgrading software, creating security settings, and building features and applications.
The role requires expertise in front-end and back-end development frameworks, a strong understanding of visual product design and user experience, and the ability to work in an early-stage environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience developing desktop applications from scratch.
Familiarity with common technology stacks is required.
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript, is essential.
Proficiency in multiple object-oriented languages (e.g., Java, Python) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js) is necessary.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design is expected.
Excellent communication skills are required to engage in technical discussions with both engineering teams and business personnel.
Candidates should be self-starters comfortable in an early-stage environment and possess strong project management and organizational skills.
The ability to prototype, build, ship, and iterate quickly on software products is crucial.
