Description:

Reddit is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for the Ads Measurement Core team to enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of their advertising platform.
The role involves developing and maintaining advertiser-facing products, including self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing products.
Responsibilities include contributing to backend systems that manage experiments and automate analysis.
The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
The position requires taking ownership of work from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet high standards of quality and performance.
Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development is expected.
Technologies used include Typescript, Go, Python, React, Thrift, Baseplate, Kafka, Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Argo, and Docker.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field is required.
Candidates must have 1+ years of full-time fullstack software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
Experience in full-stack development and a passion for learning new technologies is essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in the ads or experimentation space is a plus, along with familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
