Reddit is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for the Ads Measurement Core team, which focuses on improving the advertising platform's efficiency and user-friendliness.
The role involves developing and maintaining advertiser-facing products, including self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing products.
The engineer will contribute to backend system development, supporting functions like experiment management and automated analysis.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field is required.
Candidates must have 1+ years of full-time fullstack software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
Experience in full-stack development is necessary, along with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective work with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in the ads or experimentation space is a plus, as well as familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
