Description:

• Reddit is looking for a talented full-stack software engineer to join the Ads Signals team, focusing on growing off-platform conversion signals while prioritizing user privacy.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining advertiser-facing frontend tools like Events Manager and Pixel Helper, optimizing the Signals backend, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• The role involves using technologies such as Typescript, Go, Python, React, Thrift, Postgres, Kubernetes, and more.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computer science-related field, 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Nice to have skills include prior experience in ads or signals space, familiarity with agile development methodologies, and a passion for mentorship.
