The role is for a Fullstack Engineer focused on AI, responsible for leading the development of AI features across the web app and add-ins.
The engineer will determine how to incorporate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into the product.
Responsibilities include prioritizing and executing the product roadmap, owning the development of new AI features from prototype to implementation, delivering robust and scalable code, and establishing best practices for a high-performing technology team.
Collaboration with design and operation teams is essential to continuously improve Aleph's offerings.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of full-time software development experience, including proficiency in React.
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in system design or architecture is required.
A product mindset is essential, with a willingness to engage with customers to understand their problems.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs, is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
Experience with a B2B SaaS product, analytics, or building tools for finance teams is advantageous.
Exposure and interest in finance, particularly in FP&A, is desired.
