Remote Fullstack Engineer, Application

Description:

• Dune is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for their application, a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform used by developers, analysts, and investors.
• The team consists of around 50 employees working across Europe and eastern US timezones.
• The role involves working on both front-end and back-end of the platform, implementing new features, and enhancing existing ones.
• The application is written in Typescript, uses Next.js on the client, NodeJS on the server via GraphQL, and is hosted on Vercel and AWS.
• Responsibilities include improving user experience, ensuring applications are fast, reliable, and scalable, and producing clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code.
• The position offers opportunities for continuous learning, collaboration with senior engineers, and contributing effectively to the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with React/Next.js for front-end development and Node.js with TypeScript for back-end development.
• Proficiency in working with GraphQL and basic understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
• Eagerness to develop skills in scalable system design and contribute to the team's technical goals.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively in a distributed team, and tackle challenges to enhance user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on approach to software development.
• Enjoyment in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
