Remote Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• The Fullstack Engineer will work within the ad tech space for InYourArea (IYA) to enhance ad tech solutions and third-party integrations.
• Key areas of focus include developing bespoke advertising solutions, ad management and analytics tools, and content-led promotions using Contentful.
• The role involves contributing to the overall architecture, making decisions on future opportunities, and working on both UI and API codebases.
• The core technologies used are Node.js (Typescript), React.js (Typescript), Jest for testing, MongoDB for the database, Contentful for CMS, and Amazon Web Services for infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in building scalable services with Typescript for UI and/or API projects is required.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, is essential.
• Familiarity with AWS or another cloud provider and knowledge of key services like ECS, Lambdas, Secrets Manager, EventBridge, Cloudwatch, and SES is necessary.
• Experience in utilizing CMSs and providing analytics solutions would be beneficial for the role.
