Remote FullStack Engineer

Description:

• Intersog® is seeking a FullStack Engineer to join their dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• The role involves designing, building, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of applications.
• Responsibilities include creating user-friendly, efficient solutions in collaboration with designers and product managers.
• The engineer will design, build, and test React/Typescript web applications served from AWS CDN and make API calls.
• They will also design, build, and test responsive web components using the Material UI Library.
• The role requires designing, building, and testing the data layer between web applications and the backend using Mobx, implementing caching and lazy loading as needed.
• The engineer will convert prototypes and mockups from UI/UX Designers into responsive HTML layouts.
• They will design, build, and test Java Spring Boot backend services following micro architecture principles.
• The position involves designing, building, and testing data stores in AWS used by backend services, including Postgres, Redis, MQ, and Kafka.
• The engineer will create and modify backend services running within a Kubernetes Cluster, optimizing performance, security, and efficiency.
• They will operate within an Agile team, providing constructive feedback in code reviews and creating architecture design documents.
• The role includes maintaining documentation for front-end components and backend services, collaborating with backend developers and frontend engineers.
• The engineer will work closely with Product Management to create technical designs that meet product requirements and accurately estimate and track large projects.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience working in fullstack engineer roles.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and Typescript is required.
• Candidates should have experience with browser execution and data storage.
• Experience with single-page web applications and web app building tools, such as WebPack, is necessary.
• Familiarity with frontend API layers, particularly REST, is required.
• Experience with data storage tools and techniques, including Mobx and caching, is essential.
• Candidates must have experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience in a microservice environment is required.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience with AWS Data Stores, including RDS, Elastic Cache, MQ, and S3.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub actions, is required.
• Candidates must have experience converting UI designs and mocks into React components.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Sprints, is necessary.
• A mindset focused on fulfilling the dreams of the Product, Design, and end users is essential.
