Remote Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• The Fullstack Engineer position at Bonusly Engineering is focused on delivering value to customers rather than just shipping code.

• Prior startup experience or founding a company is a plus.

• Demonstrated strong product sense and passion for understanding user experiences.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred.
• Prior startup experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals and how the work influences metrics.
