Remote Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• As a Fullstack Engineer on the Care Team at Alto Pharmacy, you will be responsible for improving patients' lives through enhancing the pharmacy experience.
• The Care Team manages all prescription processing from intake to order fulfillment and integrates with key partners in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
• Key focus areas include preparing prescriptions efficiently through automation, enabling partners to configure billing and clinical workflows, and optimizing drug selection for the best price.
• Example projects include increasing intake automation, integrating controlled substance dispensing history, and optimizing drug dispensing selection.
• You will advance automation systems, establish a pharmacy operations platform, and solve complex technical problems in healthcare and e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Commitment to technical best practices, including code style, documentation, and bug fixing.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, React, and React Native.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, problem-solving mindset, and ownership over work.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $144,000 - $180,000.
• Equity Eligible.
