Remote Fullstack Engineer (.Net & React)

Description:

• We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our team in Warsaw or work remotely.
• The role involves helping our client's team build technologies that enhance transparency, trust, and equity in the healthcare community, particularly in pharmaceutical pricing.
• Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA engineers, and facilitating communication within the engineering team.
• The engineer will communicate technical decisions to stakeholders, stay updated with industry trends, propose new technologies, lead project technical aspects, identify technical risks, create technical documentation, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Fullstack Engineer is necessary.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams is essential.
• Professional experience with React and .NET is required.
• Strong experience with cloud-native platforms, preferably Azure, is necessary.
• Experience in building and maintaining a mature CI/CD development environment is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate ambition, initiative, and a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential.
• The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and deliver results is important.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills are necessary.
• Experience with DBT and Snowflake is required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and delivering software for a growth stage startup is a plus.
