Description:
Contentsquare is seeking a Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/React) to join their Onboarding team within the Growth line, which focuses on enhancing the customer onboarding process.
The position can be based in Paris, Barcelona, or remotely in France, Spain, or the UK.
The role involves ensuring new users transition smoothly from registration to full engagement through guided walkthroughs, personalized support, and data-driven initiatives.
The team operates as a cross-functional squad, including senior full-stack engineers, a product manager, a product designer, and QA.
The role will focus on JavaScript full-stack development as the team completes a migration to a JS-based stack.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the team, developing customer-facing features, participating in pair programming and code reviews, enhancing processes, and contributing to product development from ideation to implementation.
Requirements:
Candidates should have around 4 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in React or Vue and Node.js.
Exposure to Python is a plus, along with experience in automated testing frameworks and Design Systems.
A balanced engineering approach is required, focusing on high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, and Design teams are essential for delivering impactful user experiences.
Excellent written communication skills are necessary for effective communication within a distributed team.
Candidates should demonstrate a passion for learning and adapting, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
Bonus points for experience with Kafka, Terraform, CI/CD, or B2B SaaS products, and comfort in a remote-first, European-distributed team.
